The bag these lillies came in was packed too tightly so the flowers are crushed and petals bent back with lines, crumpled and squished. The long stems are folded tightly in half with a sharp bend.Unfolding them and trying to smooth out the petals doesn't work.BUT fortunately I have a hand steamer which I used on a low setting to steam the flowers and it worked well to smooth out the petals nicely.
